This team helps manage what people inside and outside the organisation feel about us – whether it's our customers, investors or the people that work here. Together, we keep our story fresh and relevant to whichever audience we're talking to.

Corporate Communications gets the message out there. This means managing press releases and external announcements, as well as dealing with the media, financial and trade analysts, and anyone else who's interested in what we’re saying or doing. Our reputation is vital. So we do everything we can to make sure the business – and where it's going – is understood.

Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility works with everyone from the big beasts of local, national and international government to regulators, industry bodies, charities and community groups. This is where public policy takes shape. It's here that we deal with vital business issues like planning policy, internet safety, spectrum auctions and Digital Inclusion, as well as our Corporate Responsibility Programme.

Keeping our people up to speed with what's going on here is down to Internal Communications. They keep everyone in the loop about how we’re performing, and help make us motivated and engaged in our brand.
