Being a customer advisor also means connecting with people and understanding that each customer doesn’t necessarily want the same thing. Some might just be looking around. Some might want to get a phone as quickly as possible. Or, some might be helping a friend navigate the phone buying process. A great customer advisor will come to learn what different customers want and how to serve them best.
