Deliver routine activities prescribed by more senior colleagues to support the effective operation of the legal team. Conduct analysis of data to identify issues and propose resolutions.

Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. to provide an effective legal service and to provide legal input into wider projects and initiatives.

  • Help to prepare training for specific technical areas following precedents and established procedures; runs

  • Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
  • Supports others by performing prescribed research activities using existing procedures.
  • Delivers prescribed outcomes and/or provides support services while operating within the organisation's established regulatory and governance systems and protocols.
  • Improves personal performance and coaches others when required using performance management systems and protocols.
  • Delivers prescribed outcomes and/or provides paralegal support services while operating within the organisation's established legal systems and protocols.
  • Works independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.
  • Reviews identified shortcomings in current compliance processes, systems and procedures and works with guidance to ensure solution of ad hoc problems within the assigned unit/(sub)discipline

  • Use clear and effective writing skills with guidance to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
  • Work under supervision at an elementary level on researching and applying legal concepts and information.
  • Work to communicate effectively on legal matters.
  • Work to professionally interpret and apply knowledge of laws and regulations.
  • Work with guidance to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
  • Works to analyse data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
  • Works to plan, organise, prioritise and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
