We are looking for a Part Time (26 hours per week) Associate Performance Manager to join our Glasgow Head Office. The role will be responsible for monitoring & managing key KPIS by understanding & mitigating external change and implementing improvements to maximise business outcomes. You will utilise your planning and organisation skills, along with data analysis, to influence internal stakeholders and decision making.

Data Collection & Analysis
Produces accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that
data into standard formats.
Prepares routine letters, memoranda and reports for approval, while following up on pending issues.
Performs complex data processing using established procedures and testing new procedures to see if they
might represent improvements over existing methods.
Strategic Planning
Supports others by using strategic planning systems and protocols.
Provides information and clarification on existing procedures, processes and precedents.
Conducts complex analyses, quality tests and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment.
Improvement / Innovation
Implements improvements and provides feedback while using change management systems and protocols to
provide routine supportive services.
Document Preparation
Organizes and prepares complex documents by using multiple computer applications (such as Microsoft
Office), while also gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Contract Management
Delivers required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers and working
within an established contract management plan.

  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to manage vendors so that they deliver the best possible results given available resources.
  • Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
  • Supervises the construction of assigned properties according to instructions with guidance, but not constant supervision
  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
