This role can be based either in our Maidenhead or Glasgow office or remotely

Lead the vendor or partner relationship for an area of the business, managing the vendor to deliver the key objectives and targets set by the business. Work cross-functionally across the business with internal teams to support the vendor in achieving KPIs and objectives, enabling them to serve Three to the best of their ability.
Develop and maintain a deep working relationship with key stakeholders internally and externally to enable the vendor to understand cultural requirements and effectively deliver to objectives and performance standards.

Operational Management
Develops and/or delivers a plan and outcomes for an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues.

Leadership and Direction
Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others.

Improvement / Innovation
Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager.

Data Collection & Analysis
Analyzes key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.

Contract Management
Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of contracts and negotiates service level agreements while planning, coordinating and supervising activities related to major contracts.

Compliance
Identifies shortcomings in current compliance processes, systems and procedures; develops ad hoc solutions to immediate problems within assigned unit and/or discipline.

Client & Customer Management (Internal)
Supports small internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships.

Client & Customer Management (External)
Manages important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues or oversees relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers.

Budgeting & Costing
Tracks budgets and brings variances to the attention of senior colleagues while working within established budgeting systems.

Vendor Management
Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on managing vendors so that they deliver the best possible results given available resources.

Service Delivery
Works independently using comprehensive knowledge and skills to provide guidance and training to others on delivering required services that meet quality standards.

Managing Change
Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to maintain high performance while applying a change mindset to the planning, execution and monitoring of business activities during times of change.

Commercial Acumen
Applies understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions without supervision, while also providing technical assistance when necessary.

Account/Client Management
Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on managing client accounts in a way that provides benefits both for the organization and its clients.

Data Collection and analysis
Works independently and provides guidance and training to others on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.

Policy and procedures
Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.

Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Experience
  • Great with people - very strong stakeholder management & influencing capability
