An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior design and production leader to inspire and grow a team of in-house designers, creatives and artworkers through the creative development, execution and production process. The team will be creatively leading, designing and executing fresh, compelling and high quality campaigns that deliver against the Three brand guidelines working closely with brand guardianship and our brand agency.
The role will be accountable for building, leading and executing innovative retail, CRM, internal comms and activation campaigns for Three that transform our brand experiences to achieve our goal of becoming the UK’s best loved brand. Translating internal briefs into clear work plans and production briefs for the team, whilst building and managing Three’s agency relationships to ensure all campaigns are consistent through all comms channels.
Working with internal teams to plan and prioritise team workload establishing production timescales and delivering to campaign deadlines, whilst managing team objective setting, personal development, day to day priorities, recruitment etc.
