Context.

The role of Creative Product Consultant sits within the Propositions team which falls within the wider Marketing function. Within the Propositions team, we are striving to reinvent Three for core segments and future segments, leading innovation, proposition development and management for a channel or business area.

This role will be key to devising and implement actionable product ideas that are compelling to our segments, commercially adept and inspire to the business to deliver them. This role will have a creative eye for spotting the next epic product ideas which will change our industry. 

The ideal candidate needs to be obsessed with innovation, but also have an idea for how pop culture and our business can be combined.

Responsibilities.

  • Identifying accessories products, brands and partners our customers will be attracted to both now and in the future.
  • Support new product launches end to end.
  • Work closely with commercial team to ensure goals and strategy for products are aligned.
  • Stay on top of new trends so we are thinking about what our customers want tomorrow not just today.



Type of person we are looking for.

  • In depth knowledge of the mobile accessories market
  • Passion for innovation, in particular with a fashion and technology lens.
  • Self-starter who is constantly driven to innovate.
  • Opinionated but with the ability to communicate ideas with humility and inclusiveness.
  • Commercial acumen – understands the impact on the bottom line.
