• This role has a unique role inspiring and partnering with technology and business leaders to help shape the future of Three.
• The individual in this role needs to provide leadership, direction and inspiration to a complex multi-disciplined delivery organisation.
• You will need to provide direction to, influence and lead cross functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are delivered to Time, Cost and Quality targets such that Three can achieve its Company plan targets.
• You will be accountable for the management of IT Technical delivery function comprising, planning, technical delivery and deployment through on shore and offshore partner teams in line with allocated CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

• Leadership experience at a strategic and senior level demonstrating a passion for leading people - able to inspire, challenge and build the capability of people at all levels of the business.
• Ensure that technical deliveries spanning multiple technical functional areas are delivered on time, to scope, with operational efficiency.
• Owns and develops quality relationships with strategic Partners when necessary, driving delivery innovation by leveraging partner capabilities and continuous delivery improvements.
• Ensuring that the teams are aligned and achieve operational delivery KPIs that have a clear link to the Business’s company plan targets.
• Ability to think strategically and innovatively in relation to cross-functional technology solutions with the objective being to deliver complex technology with pragmatism and efficiency.
• Ability to influence across the business, to Senior leadership and Executive leadership teams.
• Knowledge of the technology industry and trends.

• Track record of leading large scale, multi-platform, multi partner based delivery organisations.
• Deep stakeholder management and negotiation experience.
• Commercial business experience, including delivering to significant budgets.
• Experience in communicating and influencing at senior management level both within and outside the organisation.
• Proven track record in leading a technical delivery function, including people development, performance management and creating engagement.
• Able to influence at Board and senior Director level across complex organisations to affect change.
• Proven capacity for strategic, customer and people centric thinking.
• Aptitude for handling complexity and delivering business outcomes in the ambiguity of a dynamic, fast paced industry and market.
• Clear understanding of trends across the current and future business landscape, demonstrating thought leadership that has an impact both within a business and externally.
• Demonstrable experience of managing large budgets and creating commercial value.
• Strong analytical approach, with a proven record of using insight to enhance decisions and outcomes for people, customers, and the business.
• Focuses on building teams that can adapt and learn, fostering devolved decision making and valuing the learning that comes from experience, failure, and feedback.
• Able to take an enterprise wide view and make decisions at this level (not siloed).
• Strong Technical Leadership and Strategic Partner Management.
• Understanding of marketing led / consumer brands and the importance of customer experience.
