Please note- this is a cross geography vacancy, covering both the UK and ROI- this role is ideally to be based out of DUBLIN.
•The role holder is accountable for facilitating the definition of our culture, values and EVP and ensuring we have an insight led people strategy and plan to deliver and embed them.
•The role holder will collaborate across the People team and wider business to ensure our culture supports the business strategy and objectives and that we have the required insight mechanisms to gather, analyse and act on employee insight and feedback in a timely manner. The role holder is accountable for defining our performance management frameworks that will support the culture and organisation success.
•The role holder will also measure and understand how we’re performing externally against our EVP, identifying opportunities to promote our employer brand.
•This role is instrumental in defining, measuring and delivering our desired culture and EVP and creating a great place to work, helping us to attract and retain talent. As a Senior Consultant in the Propositions and Engagement team, the role holder will support the Director in coaching the team and act as their delegated authority as required.
•Facilitate the definition of our desired culture and EVP and create a plan to embed, measure and maintain it, gaining buy in and support across key stakeholder groups.
•Create and maintain ways to obtain employee insight, listening to internal customers or understanding from an external perspective, analysing information to influence our people strategy and measuring how we're performing against it.
•Develop an maintain performance management frameworks and approaches and ensure the performance management processes are delivered and embed effectively.
•Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to produce trends and insights in order to make recommendations to the business. Includes managing our employee opinion survey and ownership of our employee forum.
•Develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including external partners, to provide insights and feedback to influence decision making and shape the direction of the business.
•People management of Propositions & Engagement Specialist and coach / co-ordinate the wider team in support of our overall team objectives.
•Previous experience in a senior HR role. To have included specialism in employee engagement, employee insight, organisation effectiveness or culture / EVP.
•Degree level qualification, relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
•Extensive knowledge of embedding and maintaining approaches to culture, engagement and performance management.
•Adept at drawing insights and making credible recommendations based on various data sources.
•Understands the external PESTLE environment and emerging HR / engagement / workforce trends and uses this to inform insights and recommendations.
•Commercial acumen – with a clear understanding of the correlation between the commerciality of the organisation and the engagement of its employees.
•Ability to influence well at all levels. Where necessary engaging with the ELT, SLT and wider People Team.
