As we continue our exciting change journey, enabling our people to adopt and embed changes to their roles and ways of working will be key to our success. This role is accountable for building effective change management plans to enable Three to deliver our business outcomes.

  • Lead change management plans for large, complex programmes, conducting change impact assessments, developing change journeys and interventions (comms, engagement, training, leadership sponsorship, user acceptance testing, etc.) and measuring the impact of these initiatives.
  • Broker services and support from the wider people team and business to deliver effective change management plans.
  • Develop, champion and embed Three’s Change Management Toolkit to enable others to effectively deliver change.
  • Coach and advise others in change methods and techniques.
  • Understand the broader change landscape and ensure all change management programmes are co-ordinated effectively.

  • Knowledge of change management best practice, theories and models.
  • Experience of developing and executing change management plans for large programmes (Technology Transformation programmes would be desirable)
  • Experience of building and embedding change management toolkits and templates.
  • Experience of developing change management capability in others.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how a commercial business operates.
  • Ability to influence in matrix structures.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management.
  • Proven record of working in an ambiguous, fast paced environment showing an ability to problem solve without knowing all the answers.
  • Successfully operates in a collaborative, matrixed, services environment.
