We support flexible working and this vacancy can be based at any of our office locations and with an option for flexible hour schedule.

This is a brand-new role for SMARTY, where you will use your expertise to drive and achieve the right outcome for the brand, whilst supporting and influencing a cross functional team. You will communicate effectively with the wider SMARTY team, and core brand to:

  • Drive significant growth through the Indirect channel and focus on forward planning to identify new market segments and Partnerships to ensure there is a steady pipeline of opportunities for SMARTY
  • Increase the Margin delivered by current partners in play, striving to enhance performance across all distributers
  • Consider execution across Partners retail and digital capability as fundamental to performance and as such will be a key activity
  • Deliver on KPI’s

  • Work to create an Indirect channel roadmap and strategy for 2020 and beyond
  • Ensure Indirect (Channel Partners) targets are achieved each quarter for SMARTY
  • Negotiate with Indirect Partners to achieve largest incremental return for lowest investment cost
  • Develop new opportunities which support the SMARTY brand and Three’s multiband strategy
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders in Finance, Trading, Marketing and Commercial Performance to deliver key projects
