Through the use of effective retail led brand campaigns, instore communications and trading execution this role will ensure our retail estate is a destination for our customers, making it a best in category brand experience and a true representation of our brand purpose.

Maximising and optimising all of the communication opportunities available, this role executes the Retail Strategy, Marketing and Trading plan from briefing our creative agencies, right through to the management of the campaign or communications initiative into the retail channel.

Maximising and optimising all of the communication opportunities available, this role executes the Retail Strategy, Marketing and Trading plan from briefing our creative agencies, right through to the management of the campaign or communications initiative into the retail channel.

  • Brief and deliver retail campaigns to support key consumer and business marketing plans.
  • Develop customer campaigns and communications for all relevant GTMs, product/proposition and trading updates
  • Track retail performance metric and work collaboratively with our commercial stakeholders in developing improvement plans..
  • Track satisfaction scores/NPS and implement improvements and develop plans for improvements.
  • Execute partnership space communications across their spaces within our retail estate
  • Work closely with all other areas in the Marketing Directorate on strategies and plans as an expert in retail customer communications.
  • Supporting our trading process with updates to the relevant touchpoints on time and on budget.

  • Proven experience within a similar marketing role
  • Experience of delivering communications and campaigns within a retail environment.
  • Ability to write creative briefs for campaigns and communications for a retail channel.
  • Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timelines, along with the communication skills to manage expectation with stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate that the customer is at the heart of their thinking, by being able to articulate within marketing response their needs and how to meet them
  • Strong commercial and retail channel thinking to be displayed
  • Excellent prioritisation capabilities and stakeholder management required.
