You will be a senior member of the Brand Activation and Sponsorship team in the planning and delivery of events for Three. You will be immersed in social media and popular culture, helping the team spot trends and opportunities to amplify through partnerships and activations to help drive brand awareness.

You will become a Three brand ambassador across events and activations.
The role will manage and brief brand ambassadors (ext agency) to support events and activations, whilst managing a wide group of stakeholders and 3rd party relationships. You will liaise with suppliers/brand merchandising agencies to create merchandise to support events, and work with the team to conduct site visits and any site assessments ahead of events.

  • Partnership activation and strategic partners management.
  • Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the activation brief.
  • Advising on creative and production. 
  • Working on proposals and pitches. 
  • Managing a broad variety of projects from brief through to completion. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Propositions, Partnerships, Trading, Brand and Comms.
  • Agency and supplier management and negotiation. 
  • Budget management and reconciliation. 
  • Onsite management.

The ideal candidate should have experience as a Senior Producer within a creative, production or brand role and/or agency, combined with excellent communication skills and a creative flair.

A solid understanding of content production, and event logistics is essential to advise partners on how best to communicate their message.

Candidates should ideally have had exposure to working on a broad spectrum of events and budgets. Any exposure to sectors including sponsorship, gaming and technology would be an added benefit.
