We’re in the transfer market for a Senior Sponsorship Manager who has the ability to help define and drive the sponsorship strategy, oversee the management of valuable rights, be responsible for reporting and measuring against our KPI’s, whilst being the strong liaison with the club and leading a virtual team to award winning execution.

We’re serious about growing our fanbase, whilst building their adoration through the swagger of our play and ultimately winning 5G silverware. Chelsea FC’s values as a premium football club aligns nicely with ours and that’s why we’ve taken the bold step to become the shirt sponsor for the next 3 years.

What you will be doing in the position.

• The day to day lead of the virtual three sponsorship team and the point of contact with Chelsea FC, that ensures flawless end to end execution.
• Create a management process to align the virtual team around, that drives great communication with Chelsea whilst integrating the sponsorship platform within the existing marketing plan and wider business opportunities, clearly demonstrating performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Comms teams to build innovative campaign ideas that surprise and delight our customers, whilst going even further to validate our 5G position in the hearts and minds of football fans.

• Proven leadership & delivery experience in a similar position
• Highly effective communication skills
• Sports agency, brand or rights holder background
• Strong knowledge and passion for football
• Self-starter mentality that can execute projects with little supervision
• Good experience working with sports and celebrity talent
