- As Solution Architect you be accountable for the creation and maintenance of Service Designs for our end to end technical services, to meet business and operational requirement, in line with the Service Roadmap. Working closely with the Service Owners, business stakeholders, Strategy, Delivery and Operational partners you`ll ensure all requirements are captured and understood, and these are translated into service designs that enable our delivery and operational partner to bring the services to life for our customers.
- The role will focus on leading the design of technical services or complex multi environment projects and supporting these throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role is critical in ensuring that the service designs deliver the business outcomes and align with the architectural standards from Strategy. You take end to end ownership for the definition of the technical solutions, providing the overarching documentation to lead the engagement with our delivery partners, to deliver the business outcomes.
