 The Trading Planning Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Trading in developing consolidated trading plans across each trading category including both Contract (Acquisition, In Life & Retention) and PAYG (Contract & In Life). You will ensure that this plan drives customer upsell and cross sell paths that will deliver to margin targets. The role is about planning on how we can retain and acquire customers to the core Three brand. You will also support the delivery of key margin driving initiatives initiated inside and outside the Customer (Sales) teams, which may form part of the trading plan.

Your role will support with Governance across the Trading organisation, including Chairman’s, MBR and Trading Board documentation. You will work closely with Stakeholders across the Trading team to ensure that LOB plans are prioritised and aligned to the overall team objective – delivering total margin.

You will also act as a key point of contact / interface with the Marketing Planning function on the Marketing & Digital Plan handover, and also Marketing Operations team, ensuring that hand over of the Trading Plan is clear, efficient and timely; execution is in line with the plan and delivers to Trading expectations.
