In this role you’ll be building and deploying Customer Value Management (CVM/CRM) programmes in Adobe Campaign Classic and Unica, supporting a range of stakeholders to deliver personalised and relevant communications to the Three customer base.

You’ll be analytically and logically minded, have an interest in marketing data & personalisation and show curiosity to track the engagement and performance of your campaigns.

Whilst experience in marketing automation tools would be an advantage this is not a requirement, and the required tool skillset can be picked up through ongoing training.

The location of this role is hybrid – Time spent with your team will be split between the Three HQ office in Reading and remote working.

  • Work together with the wider CVM team in defining and translating campaign briefs, build CVM programmes to the required specification and accurately deploy campaigns to the Three customer base (contract voice, prepay, broadband) or prospects via Email, SMS, App, Social (in the future) and Direct Mail channels.
  • Understanding and interpretation of customer data and the sources and table structures in which it sits.
  • Build and execute CVM campaigns using the available toolset (Adobe Campaign, Unica, Swrve) and using automation and personalisation capability where relevant.
  • Follows Campaign Build and QA SLAs and processes set out by the Senior Campaign Build Manager and Senior QA and Production Manager inc peer review, proofing, link testing etc.
  • Supports and enables the CVM Analytics team to be able to efficiently deliver performance reporting and analytics through best practice campaign set up and contact history management.
  • Adherence to data quality/management best practice and regulation including ensuring compliance to GDPR.
  • Ensures campaign deployment is successful and monitors campaign deployment metrics, raising any issues that may need rectifying or refining in the future.
  • Experience in delivering segmented and personalised direct to customer campaigns.
  • Experience of digital and Direct Marketing Campaign Management and any marketing automation tool experience.
  • Analytical curiosity with an understanding of data structures and tools.
  • Understanding of data segmentation logic, customer permissions and targeting rules.
