  • Create and maintain a governance plan to best support Partners (schedule regular meetings, etc.)
  • Create a support framework to best support Partners and to reflect recent changes introduced by the Transformation Programme
  • Liaise with Fraud Team and Service Desk to manage incidents
  • Manage the use case approval process for Verification Partners
  • Liaise with Compliance Auditor to support the launch of new Premium SMS services
  • Liaise with Finance Team to ensure accurate Partner reporting and billing
  • Liaise with Account Receivable Team to collect Partner monies and reduce bad debt
  • Support Head of Wholesale Messaging and Verification with occasional commercial refreshes and rate changes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to shortcodes, processes, financial statements and contracts
  • Prepare presentation material, reports and occasional responses to requests for information issued by regulatory bodies

  • Partner Management experience
  • Previous experience in Wholesale or Premium Messaging
  • Previous experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to operate independently
