  • Manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio of contracts and negotiates service level agreements while planning, coordinating and supervising activities related to major contracts.
  • Sells complex/customized solutions to 3rd party partnerships and manages all aspects of the contractual framework. Identifies strategic plans to drive long term growth for the Three business. Creates business cases for individual opportunities and new products/services.
  • Develops and/or delivers budget plans for own area with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Provides input into the development of compliance policies, develops underlying procedures and monitors their implementation for area of responsibility within the organisation.
  • Initiates, formulates and implements new business practices for own discipline, while managing the development and/or delivery of a significant element of the organization's change management program.
  • Manages the development and/or operation of knowledge management system with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Builds complex frameworks to fully assess the scope and context of short-term and long-term business needs.
  • Participates in developing policies for area of responsibility, creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation within the organization.
  • Recommends ways to improve support for operations by changing policies, processes, standards, and practices.

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation experience.
  • Experience of managing commercial relationships and contracts with third parties.
  • Previous experience in Wholesale telecommunications (Roaming, Interconnect or A2P Messaging) would be an advantage.
  • Ability to influence & negotiate at senior management level.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter willing to take lead and responsibility.
  • An explorer and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to operate independently.
