The Development Partner plays a key role in ensuring that our people are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver on the Three UK & Ireland organisational goals. Partnering with the business this role will identify, design and deliver People Development initiatives to support our people and drive performance. A true partner to the business –building consistent and regular communication channels with the business the Development Partner builds a timely and accurate view of the development needs at any given time and will then work to deliver relevant and sustainable solutions to addressing these needsviathe People Development team.Experienced in learning design and facilitation the Development Partner will be responsible for the identification, design, development, and project management of a broad range of PeopleDevelopment initiatives across the business.They will also be experienced across a wide range of learning methods –selecting the most appropriate experience for the content and their audience. Further support their business units by proactively engaging, supporting leaders and their teams on all things Development.Partner with key stakeholders to drive the impact of people development initiatives and ensure effective delivery of business objectives. Roll outlargescale organizational programs.

•Advise on, develop, and implement People Development initiatives to support the company vision and business/people strategy
•Monitor, analyse and measure key People Developmentinterventions
•Driveimprovement and insights through data andmetrics
•Proactively identify opportunities to influence the achievement of businessgoals
•Explore external best practice learning, introduce new thinking and support growth and change across the organisation
•Manage the delivery of programmes and projects end to endacross the UK & IRE, collaborating with business and other stakeholders as required

•Proven track record of excellence in stakeholder managementwith demonstrated ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
•Excellent interpersonal skills: networking, negotiation, influencing, collaborating, presentation, written communications. •Confident in their ability to engage people at all levels.
•Excellent consultation skills
•Have proven results of impactful delivery in thePeople Developmentspace.
•Proven experience and capability to project manage, lead,and implement a wide range of People Developmentprogrammes using a structured approach
•Have a track record of personal development
•Understand market trends and new opportunities
