• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the pipeline of work into Digital working closely with IT, Go To Market and Marketing
• Responsible for ensuring that all new demand is managed in JIRA and roadmaps are updated and managed in JIRA
• Responsible for collating all estimates for new work across Digital with options for delivery
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance mid-term Digital roadmap
• Supporting the LT to run Quarterly Planning for the Digital team
• Owning and managing Digital Triage to ensure appropriate governance is met
• Coaching and educating colleagues on process and best practice as required

• Creation & maintain mid to long term digital roadmap, risks, Issues mitigation plans dependency are communicated and understood by the Digital leadership team
• Lead Quarterly planning across Digital
• Be the single point of contact for new demand into Digital
• Collation of all new demand delivery estimates and options into Digital with costs associated to it.
• Leads & supports ways of working interlocks with GTM, Marketing, IT & Digital feeding back on what is working/not working, actively looking to areas to improve

• You will have an understanding of digital technology through the delivery of Web and App
• Will have a strong background in analysing and planning technical digital change
• Previous experience of delivering digital change across mid to large organisation
• Experience of collating delivery options with recommendations to stakeholders using simple and clear language
• Extensive experience of JIRA or DevOps tooling
• Proven roadmap collation, refinement, and planning experience.
• Operational experience, ideally in a Telecommunications environment.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Exceptional stakeholder manager and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to proactively manage business relationships, working to tight deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Demonstration of strategic thinking skills and ability to analyse complex issues, be bold in decision making and clear in the definition of solutions to address them.
• Evidence of strong leadership and people skills, with experience of managing diverse teams and an ability to motivate, inspire and guide others to deliver in an uncertain and fast-paced environment
