This role is to ensure that there is commercial trading rigour in all B2B segments (SoHo/SME/Corporate) creating and executing channel strategies and overseeing all commercial pricing decisions. This role holder owns the commercial pricing for all tools, GTM offers and deals.

Establish, develop and grow a team who focus on commercial trading success:

  • Ownership of the commercial management of the Business function at 3
  • Design and deliver new commercial tools to support the channels achieve their targets whilst ensuring budgeted targets are complete
  • Ownership of the customer life-time value
  • Sign off all commercial deals in conjunction with the functional model across the team
  • Retentions strategy with clear lifecycle and retention ownership
  • Create and own lead commercial KPI’s with clear tracking of performance within the trading rhythm
  • Monitor and propose options to optimise volume and value outcomes
  • Balance and drive volume and value through all channels
  • Ownership of 3rd party commissions and commercial agreements

  • Support Three senior leadership in achieving strategic goals and monitor progress with the use of appropriate metrics
  • Coach team members and help them develop career paths
  • Market insight – market size and opportunity to deliver the budget
  • Create and own the customer investment budget to maximise ROI for all of B2B
  • Manage and understand ARPU and regulatory impacts to the commercial budget
  • Channel coverage and ROI to maximise budget performance
  • Management of the supplier rebates and pricing to the market / customers
  • Set and manage deal tool parameters
  • Control of mix of sales management of the commercial levers across all channels to maximise ROI

  • Extensive experience within a similar role in the telco industry, specifically within the B2B space.
  • Achievement of commercial trading success in a Telecoms company
  • Managing omni channel approach in the market
  • Pricing decision experience
  • Managing commercially 3rd party vendors
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in related field or equivalent work experience with professional accreditation
  • Accounting qualification desired
