We launched our new loyalty app Three+ at the end of 2021 which features exclusive offers from brands our customers love, exclusive pre-sales to some of the UK’s biggest festivals and an exciting array of surprise and delight giveaways and competitions. The next phase of Three+ will see us launch a very exciting music and events proposition within the app that is designed to help keep our current customers happy, as well as to attract new ones.

This role will report into the Senior Loyalty Manager within the CVM team at Three. They will contribute towards the strategic direction of the music campaign plan, working alongside the Senior Loyalty Manager and the Loyalty specialist.

As the music specialist, you will be responsible for planning the calendar of music content and promotions within the app and for the comms campaigns to our Three+ and Three base. You will support with the co-ordination of the delivery effort, and will attend planning, GTM forums, incident meetings and partner meetings. You will play a key role in ensuring delivery is on time and meets expectations of Three and our external music partner. You will seek to add value by continuously looking for opportunities to improve and streamline programmes of work.

You will be the key stakeholder for CVM and loyalty within the wider music team and will have a direct relationship with our music partners.

  • Content management of presales within the Three+ app including placement, positioning, copy and upload.
  • Management of the copy approval process with third parties and agencies.
  • Campaign planning, briefing and execution.
  • Steering the cross functional Go to Market team for high profile pre-sales.
  • Support with preparation of campaign documentation e.g. campaign summaries, timing/comms/testing plans.
  • Stakeholder management of sponsorship team and external music partner.

  • This is an entry level role, so applications with varying levels of experience from a range of backgrounds will be considered.
  • Enthusiasm, excellent attention to detail, and a strong desire to work to very high standards.
  • Any experience or proven interest in music events, CVM, loyalty programmes, partner management or comms would be beneficial but not necessary.
