Three UK is a company on a mission to change and grow - it is a fast-paced environment, and while our organisation is not at the scale of some of our competitors (we think that’s a good thing), it provides agility and a refreshing level of freedom and creativity with the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience Reporting to the Digital Sales Operations Manager, and working with colleagues across Tech and Ops, outsourced partners and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for execution of trading and merchandising across digital platforms, proactively and reactively fixing issues, errors and omissions, deploying new propositions and products as well as changes to existing.

This role will support the business in both ongoing trading and the continued improvement of performance from the perspective of commercial execution.

  • First line interface with Three Go-to-Market team on BAU trading and merchandising execution plans.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Trading, Marketing, eCommerce team etc) and external offshore partners to manage delivery against the agreed digital trading and merchandising execution plan.
  • Own the end to end brief-to-delivery process with scrum teams, ensure delivery is timely and executed in line with plan.
  • Manage planned releases, balancing team capacity and site stability requirements with commercial briefs.
  • Ensure rigorous QA and best in class execution. Maintain zero error / 100% quality of execution.
  • Maintain constant audit of all commercial journeys and maintain perfect hygiene across the site, ensuring all commercial content is correct, aligned with Brand, up to date, and fit for purpose.
  • Monitor performance of the platforms, NPS and customer issues raised. Identify patterns and any pain points surfaced from this monitoring to identify areas in which improvements could be delivered.
  • Coordinate with the other digital teams to ensure alignment on go to market priorities.

  • Excellent project management skills and proven experience of managing and delivering digital projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a positive proactive teamworking approach and creditable outcomes
  • Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timelines
  • Appreciation of the customer, their needs and how to meet them
  • Excellent decision making and prioritisation capabilities.
  • Strong quality assurance experience delivering best in class digital user experiences
  • Superb organisational skills, examples of delivering best in class user experiences and digital projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience, including management of client relationships (internal and customer facing) and third-partyvendors
  • Possess working knowledge of design, development,and digital practices - content management systems, HTML, usability, analytics, multivariate testing best practices, etc
  • Carry an understanding of digital marketing and social media including what makes good digital copy, across the web, mobile, email and social media.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach & attitude, with the ability to deliver to a high quality and add value to team projects.
