The Partner Manager expands and deepens relationships with significant Technology Partners. They are accountable for ensuring value is achieved from the commercial and contractual relationships with the Partners.
Partner Managers are highly-motivated commercial managers that seek to grow and cultivate our Partners to their full potential in delivering value to Three.

Role Fundamentals.

1. Have relevant technical expertise for the domain to objectively review and where appropriate challenge the Partner Statements of Work and solutions
2. Using commercial and technical expertise, utilise problem solving skills and be able to collaborate with the Partners at the appropriate level to achieve win / win outcomes within the framework of the contractual obligations
3. Has experience of delivering Operational Excellence through partners
4. Understand budgeting and forecasting processes

• Develop and maintain relationships with partners to facilitate Partner management. Building and extending relationships with Partners, holding them to account to the contractual commitments, maximise efficiency and demonstrating mutual value achieved
• Ensuring partner and supplier relationships for new technologies and solutions are set up to be governed and operated in the correct way aligning to the Governance Framework for Partners.
• Ensure their respective partner organisations remain focused on the services provided to Three, tracking and managing the services against the agreements and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and facilitate the provision of forecast demand to Partners on a regular and accurate basis
• Act as the SPOC (Senior Point of Contact) for everything related to the allocated Partner(s), creating in-depth knowledge of the commercials, contract(s), ways of working, providing insight of the Partner business process’ and key stakeholders to support Three’s business outcomes
• Provide accurate and timely insights of Partner contract spend, commitments vs budget plus forecasts and any associated business risks - monthly, quarterly, annually. Support annual budget planning, ensuring Partner spend is correctly allocated within the budgets.
• Being the glue across multiple stakeholders to ensure contracts are renewed in a timely fashion, delivering to the business requirements plus any associated value / cost saving

• Understand forecasting processes
• Managerial experience demonstrating strong stakeholder relationship management. Demonstrates the ability to bring thought leadership to their area, decompose problems, collaborate, deliver sound decision making and communicate effectively.
• Has clear experience of their domain with knowledge of technologies, frameworks and standards and how to successfully apply these, through improvement roadmaps, to drive incremental maturity improvements and outcomes.
• Understanding of marketing led / consumer brands and the importance of customer experience. Able to demonstrate working in a service orientated environment and the importance of this in product development.
• Will have a background on using insight and tracking performance to enable quality decision making.
• Proven record of working in an ambiguous, fast paced delivery environment showing an ability to handle ambiguity and differing speeds of change.
• Will have clear experience of working in a role managing complex operations and. Will have solid financial acumen.
• Background of working in a heavily partnered environment where delivery success is highly reliant on the capabilities of our partners and our ability to support and deliver those outcomes together.

Candidates should also demonstrate:
• Has previous experience of supporting the delivery of a set contract outcomes with a value of £0.5m to £5m p.a
