This role would be part of a small but highly skilled project team working to deliver Three’s Security Project portfolio. Under the leadership of the Security Director within Three, the role would report to the Senior Programme manager and be a fundamental part of the delivery team.
The role will support the business as usual activities that are required to run and deliver the Information Security team’s portfolio of work. Responsibilities would include reporting, delivering allocated pieces of work & using your judgement to manage current issues and knowledge to respond to queries. In addition to the above, the role will provide admin support to the Security Director and his direct reports.

• Support of the business-as-usual activities in operating the Security Portfolio
• Support in the administration activities of Governance boards; scheduling, minute taking, actions, gathering information including creation, maintenance, and access to shared repositories to access data and insights.
• Collection, analysis and consolidation of reporting for key governance boards.
• Support the use of tools, processes & procedures for project, programme and portfolio administration
• Take ownership of enquiries where possible, and ensure other issues are referred to the appropriate person in a timely fashion.
• Experience of working with and influencing various levels of management, building relationships and influence across teams and a wider
• community of other leaders and managers both internal/external. A clear communicator.
• Experience working self-sufficiently supporting large scale programmes and teams
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and partners (internal and external) to meet objectives
• Can demonstrate the ability to gather, analyse and present information in business terms for management and leadership consumption.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment that shows flexibility, resiliency, self-awareness with an ability to support large teams

• Support of the business-as-usual activities in operating the Security Portfolio
• Admin support to the Security Director and his Direct reports.
• Functional reporting and document maintenance – e.g., holiday planning, org charts, Board level presentations
• Delivering allocated pieces of work, ensuring that agreed objectives and tasks are met and that the Programme Manager is kept up to date
• Good communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and select the content, style, format and distribution methods most appropriate to the audience
• Function, Portfolio, Programme & Project performance reporting including collating information for status reports and working closely with the reporting teams when required

• An experienced Project coordinator within a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent time management and self-organisation skills with the ability to work effectively to tight timescales and under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently and on their own initiative.
• Excellent relationship, influencing and all-round communication skills.
• Professional and positive approach.
• Experience of working cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.
