Proposition Specialist

Contribute towards the effective management of Three’s Insurance products by providing support as necessary to the Senior Insurance Proposition Manager. This will include: project management of initiatives to improve insurance attach rate, leading remediation activities, supplying regular analysis and reporting on the performance of our insurance products against the following key areas: our commercial objectives (including budgeting and forecasting), customer needs, and our key contractual and regulatory obligations.
· Responsible for tracking the performance of our insurance products and reporting on these to various internal and external stakeholders, including within key governance meetings with our insurance providers
· Identify and escalate as appropriate any issues, risks and concerns with the performance of the insurance products, working cross-functionally and closely with our insurance partners as necessary, to resolve and track these to completion
· Highlight any required process design improvements and contribute towards these through sharing insights and your technical understanding of the insurance product operation
· Delivery of the commercial plan in conjunction with the Senior Manager
· Review the sales processes ensuring these meet regulatory requirements
· Work with Finance to build robust budgets and forecasts
· Support the timely completion of requests from the FCA
· Support remediation activities by acting on any issues and following through to their resolution
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with a range of business stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong data reporting and analytical skills, ability to interpret and analyse data and present the outputs of analysis to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience tracking budgets and supporting with setting forecasts
