•You will have a detailed knowledge of the methodologies, processes and capabilities required to deliver complex logistics and asset management services using partners, contractors and retained teams.
•You will be a delivery lead in a logistics team established to manage all services associated with ensuring equipment availability and supply into a number of concurrent and fast moving delivery workstreams created for our 5G roll-out and other network capacity enhancement initiatives.
•Responsible for the day to day management of warehousing and distribution services, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and continuously checked for improvement opportunities.
•Responsible for developing reverse logistics, testing, reuse and disposal services to support Three’s RAN equipment swap and upgrade workstreams
•Supporting the Logistics Manager in the scoping and implementation of supplier service change requests and guiding the way through the impact of any change.
•Responsible for measuring supplier performance against agreed service levels, supporting and advising in areas requiring focus for improvement using your strong motivational and leadership skills. Management of governance and reporting requirements with key suppliers of logistics service
•Supervising and sense checking the equipment forecasting processes, levels of stock in the warehouse and in the field as well as order book to ensure that volumes are constantly aligned to the end to end project targets.
•Previous experience in telecoms logistics and supply chain.
•Strong motivational and management skills for leadership of partners, suppliers and colleagues.
•Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders and partners
•Working knowledge of the logistics process including forecasting, call off delivery, stock management and reporting.
•Detailed knowledge of the methodologies, processes and capabilities required to provide complex logistics and asset management services using partners and contractors.
•Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain logistics (preferably telecoms).
•Data analysis skills and financial awareness
•Proven experience in a fast moving, pressurised, target driven, delivery environment.
•Proven ability in determining strategic direction and developing clear guidelines to support.
•Ability to work within a multi-discipline team of professionals.
•Ability to cope with challenges whilst maintaining a customer focused ethos.
•An understanding of the key network rollout functional areas including acquisition, design, build and transmission is preferred.
