• This is a leadership role working directly with our Commercial and Customer teams, aswell as across CTO organisation to deliver a prioritised 4G and 5G integration programme in line with business needs and expectations.
• This role will provide a steer to the business on activation forecasts which will enable them to build marketing and customer campaigns
• This role will ensure the Integration programme is driven in line with the business requirements.
• This role will be accountable for leading the integration team and ensuring multiple dependencies and suppliers are managed to support the Integration Programme and deliver to forecast and budget.

• Responsible for bringing 4G and 5G sites live in the right priority for the business as soon as they are available
• Ensuring that suppliers and stakeholders are reporting accurately, delivering to the agreed plan and work with them to address issues which put that plan at risk.
• Ensuring processes are well defined and in place to manage interdependencies between partners, resolving any escalations that arise and driving down SLAs to speed up delivery.
• Oversee quality issues and faults to ensure sites are handed into Operations in a timely manner
• Leading communications with the wider business on both forecast and actual delivery, to enable the commercial teams to plan their customer campaigns accordingly.

• Experience in leading complex Deployment programmes across multiple contracts.
• Ability to lead, make decisions, problem solve and collaborate with teams.
• Experience of building relationships across organisations and functions. A clear communicator.
• An understanding of RAN and transmission deployment data, its reliability, its risks and how to use it to inform the wider business of future rollout plans
• Can demonstrate the ability to gather, analyse and present information in business terms for management and leadership consumption
