This position sits within our Consumer Marketing function and is responsible for the TTL execution of specific communications projects, workstreams & LOBs including creative development, media planning, channel execution and instigating appropriate effectiveness and measurement

  • Be the voice of marketing in cross functional working groups to develop appropriate marketing approach and ensure comms requirements are considered and delivered.
  • Write strategic and tactical briefs for external and internal agencies to deliver against key comms objectives.
  • Manage day to day delivery of work to time and to top quality standards across media and creative working with internal specialists and managing external agencies.
  • Oversee execution of plans across all channels working with channel specialists ensuring work fits strategically with comms requirements.
  • Manage the production process with the creative agencies and internal teams including timings, quality and costs.
  • Monitor campaign and comms performance by channel against agreed objectives, revenue, conversion, lead generation, cut through etc and share appropriate results within Marketing, with key commercial stakeholders and where appropriate partners and vendors (in collaboration with marketing effectiveness lead).

  • Proven experience running day to day comms planning, creative and media execution around specific marketing workstreams.
  • Experience working with multiple creative, media and channel teams to deliver required outcome.
  • Experience of both media and production budget management showcasing strong numerical expertise.
  • Creativity and the ability to come up with/ recognise new and innovative ways to solve comms challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills – understanding and interpreting data and insight to inform comms approach TTL.
  • Strong knowledge of modern media landscape and the strengths and weakness of different channel approaches. Strong overall understanding of digital and social media.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence teams across propositioning, products, trading, finance and channel.
  • Proactive, problem solver who works well in a team to deliver exceptional results under time constraints.
