  • Establish, develop clear trading rhythm with key KPI’s and lead indicators to support and guide the business
  • Create the medium and annual trading plan to meet the business requirements
  • Provide insight into the performance of the sales channels
  • Create and provide insight of lead generation metrics to support the marketing teams with ROI cases
  • Manage churn from the base with insight and recommendations
  • Manage the plan into all relevant stakeholders across the business
  • Monitor and propose options to optimise volume and value outcomes
  • Create and execute trading GTM plans for all new product and proposition launches
  • Create and collaborate on partner plans to achieve budget targets

  • Work closely with product, proposition and marketing teams to ensure that 3 UK’s products and propositions are delivering against a brilliant customer experience and commercial trading objectives.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with all 3 functions reflect a customer/user-first approach with commercial trading objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver updates on the trading performance to various levels of business and Three senior management, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged to an appropriate degree.
  • Support Three senior leadership in achieving strategic goals and monitor progress with the use of appropriate metrics.
  • Sets annual channel trading budget in conjunction with sales, marketing and finance.
  • Quarterly planning for channel with interlock of targets.
  • Set key KPI’s for success Calls, conversion, average call handing times, abandonment rates to ensure budget targets are achieved.
  • Demand generation planning with marketing calls, digital traffic.
  • Digital traffic, funnel metrics conversion to ensure best in class digital execution.
  • Weekly trading inputs with feedback from the business and market insight SOHO / SME.
  • Creates and owns the offers trading roadmap with insight on performance of all activity through the line.

  • Extensive experience required in a similar role within the Telco industry focusing on B2B
  • Achievement of commercial trading success in a telecoms industry
  • Managing omni channel approach in the market
  • Mobile trading experience
  • Management of 3rd party vendors / partners
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience with professional accreditation
