The purpose of this role is to maximise our existing and future sponsorship portfolio (including Music & Sports) to drive brand and business growth for Three It will involve supporting with the end-to-end management of our sponsorships, and ensuring we maximise return from our sponsorships through world-class activation and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will become a valued member of the Sponsorship and Brand Experience team and will contribute to a winning team, that delivers our company objectives and drives sustained high performance.
- Support with the execution of world-class sponsorship activations and marketing campaigns.
- Help to measure and report back on the impact of all sponsorship activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help deliver the sponsorship plan, including Trading, Creative, PR & Social, Business, and Retail.
- Support with opportunities to amplify sponsorship across Business, Broadband and other LOB’s.
- Work with agency partners to deliver best-in-class activations and campaigns.
- Use sponsorship rights to provide value to our existing customer base.
- Build good relationships with sponsorship rightsholders and partners.
- Own the tracking of sponsorship rights to ensure all rights are maximised.
- Own the fulfilment of sponsorship ticketing & merchandising.
- Co-ordinate internal communications and sales/indirect competitions utilising sponsorship assets.
- Prepare and circulate sponsorship team updates to wider business and stakeholders.
- Experience working on sponsorship activations and campaigns.
- Good understanding of sports, music and wider sponsorship landscape.
- Ability to work closely with partners and rightsholders.
- Experience working with creative, media and sponsorship agency partners.
- Knowledge of modern media landscape, including understanding of digital and social media.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise across multiple projects.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Good attention to detail, and ability to execute to high standards.
