Reporting to the Digital Optimisation Manager, this role will lead the performance reporting and insights focussing primarily on In Life Support of our existing customers and their associated products and services.

This role will contribute to sharing insight with a high performing team, utilising data analytics for all the identified KPI’s. Educating the team on opportunities to improve and to make amendments to strategy. You will have an in depth understanding of how data can be used to identify issues, and drive digital performance forward.

• Provide data, insight and analytical support to a variety of business stakeholders.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to drive improved In Life support performance across Three UK web and app platforms.
• Support Optimisation team in achieving In Life Support KPI’s.
• Supports scrum teams in measuring the impact of their changes, and how these relate to our KPI’s.
• Coaches and support other team members to improve their measurement skills.
• Evangelising the power of digital data and analytics across the business.
• Promoting best practices in marketing sciences with respect to digital analytics.
• Promoting and supporting a data-driven culture at Three UK.
• Helping to inform the digital analytics roadmap for Three UK.
 

• Working knowledge and experience of Adobe analytics (Workspace, Segments, Calculated metrics, Fallout reports, Alerts, Report Builder).
• Use of Developer tools within web browsers and mobile applications, and common debugging tools for analytics and tag implementation.
• Good knowledge of Office software, specifically Excel, PowerPoint.
• Some knowledge of, and interest in, online measurement across a wide variety of platforms.
(such as Website, mobile applications, social networks etc).
• Some experience of working with data and the ability to present your analysis findings in a clear and concise way.
• Some experience of visualising and presenting data to technical and non-technical audiences would be desirable.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to learn new skills by a combination of classroom and online learning.
• The chosen candidate will receive mentoring from the rest of the digital analytics team, but will be expected to learn using their own initiative at times, hence the need to be a ‘selfstarter’.
• Ability to manage your own workload and projects as appropriate.
