The Digital Project Lead is responsible for overall technical delivery plan for all new features and capabilities within SMARTY, liaising with all technical teams internally and externally to ensure delivery of quality on time and to budget.

They are accountable for all technical aspects and delivery of our respective products and will be the source of truth for status, dates and risks around App and Web design, development and releases as well as backend billing and CRM platform work.

  • Create and maintain overall technical delivery plan for all new features and capabilities
  • Internal and external stakeholder management – SCRUM masters and delivery managers
  • Facilitate and document key risks and decisions
  • Ensure SMARTY are up to date on any changes to plan and any decisions
  • Assess and improve ways of working between tech partners and SMARTY
  • Work closely with SMARTY GTM managers on end to end plans for commercial projects
  • Tracking the technical implications of changes made through dev life cycle
  • Hold the delivery squad to account for managing development throughout
  • Ensuring resource efficiencies and delivery of quality tested code
  • Partner daily with product, business, UX and engineering squad players, to ensure timely resolution to any delivery challenges
  • Accountable for the multi-functional technical team for their respective products
  • Ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained

  • Experience working with and managing multiple 3rd party agencies
  • Technical expertise in web and app development
  • Proven digital project delivery in agile SCRUM environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in fast paced scale up desired
  • Managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level, establishing a high level of trust
  • Strong Agile methodology experience
  • Prioritisation and resource management
  • Knowledge of technology stacks and products
