Are you in? 

  • Be the Transformation Technical Design Authority for the OSS Service Assurance domain to guide and influence the outcome of existing and future OSS solutions.
  • Be passionate about delivering solutions to add value to business and collaborating with our partners to drive successful implementation.
  • Flex your leadership style to provide the technical leadership and direction to the team and to our partners to ensure the right outcome is achieved.
  • Develop your OSS domain expertise and be accountable for building and prioritising the 18 month technical and budget roadmap.
  • Use your strong vendor management skills to be confidently accountable for the delivery of the service assurance domain and deliver against Three’s architecture, technical and business objectives.

  • Guide and make key technical decisions to influence the outcome of a delivery and solution to contractual outcomes and timescales.
  • Provide technical leadership to the various SI teams and the supplier in governing the solution architecture and ensuring solution design meets the business outcomes
  • Motivate yourself and your peers to ensure the capacity and performance of the technical domain.
  • Manage the relationship with our partners and stakeholders (internal and external) to support and deliver our requirements and the contracted outcomes to budget, time and quality
  • Support and drive the development of processes to drive continuous improvement to service assurance make our deliveries and solutions better.


  • Demonstrable experience of providing decision making and problem solving in resolving key technical issues.
  • A strong understanding of large technical delivery programmes that include complex integrations spanning multiple technology domains and stakeholders including working with a systems Integrator to deliver contracted outcomes and how to overcome common integration problems.
  • Proven leadership in the OSS service assurance technical domain. Demonstrate setting technical direction and quality/ standards for delivery and design.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders within the organization.
  • Act as the liaison between the business, other technical communities and the 3rd party delivery teams to drive the delivery of the business requirements. This should include the ability to convert business requirements into a technical solution and vice versa.
  • Experience in working in an environment where you have managed delivery to a predetermined contractual/ business outcome and know how to influence/ negotiate technical outcomes with 3rd parties including conflict resolution due to changing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of OSS Service Assurance in relation to Core Network Architecture and 3G, 4G and 5G Radio Access.
  • A good technical knowledge of IP/Transport Architecture and principles.
  • Strong commercial and partner management experience, including managing interlocking dependencies across multiple contracts, understanding of the use of complex commercial frameworks to assure the deliverable of 3rd commitments and contracted outcomes from our 3rd partners is desirable capability.
  • Proven capability to communicate the realisation of transformation benefits, articulate complex problem statements simply and manage escalations through to successful resolution.
