The role will be responsible for developing innovative digital content to be consumed online by our customers.

Work collaboratively with the People Development Partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to coordinate curriculum innovation and develop and maintain high-quality course to support the business objectives.

Work on large scale organisation projects to delivery required learning content.
Deliver digital learning programs to support the delivery for People development Partner to their directorates.

Applying principles of instructional design and learning theory to assess training needs and design, develop, and evaluate learning content.
Uploading and maintenance of digital material in LMS, SharePoint etc

• Advise on, develop, and deliver digital programs to support large organisational programs of work.
• Monitor, analyse and measure the impact of digital programs
• Drive improvement and insights through data and metrics
• Collaborate with People Development Partners on the creation of content/programs to support their directorate requirements
• Explore external best practice in this area, introduce new thinking and support growth and change across the organisation

• Qualifications in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related fields with several years of experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 eLearning tools
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of SCORM, HTML and JSON
• Experience in online course development within a rapid development environment
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. In particular the ability to take complex concepts and break it down to teachable segments for online learning.
• Excellent organization skills - this role will be managing multiple modules at one time and will need to organize themselves as well as the teams they are working with.
