Application Process - Retail

Our Talent Acquisition Team is here to support you and we want you to be successful. That’s why our process allows you to showcase your strengths in manageable, bite-sized segments. Below is an outline of the application and interview process for the majority of our retail roles, including what to expect on the journey.

Step 1: Online Application 

Explore all our open vacancies below and when you find your ideal opportunity, complete an online application form and upload your CV. If you’re shortlisted the Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for your store will contact you by phone or email.

Step 2: Phone Interview 

It's all about you. Your initial interview will be over the phone with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. lt’ll last about 20 minutes and we’ll talk through your previous experience to learn more about you. We’ll also ask some competency-based questions that align with our company values and tell you more about what it's like to work in our stores. This is also your opportunity to ask us any questions. 

Step 3: In Person interview 

If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to a face-to-face interview with the relevant Store manager or Assistant Store manager. This interview will last about an hour, and we’ll ask you further questions about your experience and how you would handle various store situations.

Step 4: Offer/Induction Session 

Once you've completed the process, one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists will let you know the outcome of your application. If you have been successful, they will talk you through your offer details and answer any questions you may have.

Starting your journey at Three is exciting but you may be feeling nervous. We will continue to support you all the way. You’ll be invited to book an online induction workshop which runs for 2 days, between 10am and 4pm. Then once your contract has been signed, your Store manager will be in touch to order your uniform and arrange your first shift.   

If it’s not the outcome you’re hoping for, we aim to provide feedback within 72 hours to support you in future interviews. We would recommend you sign up for job alerts to be notified if other suitable positions become available.
