Where would I be located?

Our most common sites are Newbury and London (Southwark), with roles aligned to existing team locations and working patterns. What will be in the online assessment?

The online assessments allow us to learn more about you and what makes you a great fit for VodafoneThree. They’ll take approx. 45 mins. and involve a video interview, an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. You will have a practice question before each section. The video interview will contain competency-based questions, so you shouldn’t expect any technical topics. Our aim is to get to know you better and make our decision based on the potential we see in you. We advise you to prepare for it as you would prepare for a face-to-face interview. The personality questionnaire helps us understand your interaction style, approach to tasks and how you manage emotions at work, and the logical reasoning test assesses your ability to break down information and identify patterns in abstract problems.

Would it be possible to extend the deadline for the video interview and online assessments?

If you require more time to complete the online tests, please contact us at: earlycareers@vodafonethree.com to discuss your situation, and where possible we will make arrangements to extend the deadline.

How can I get an update on my application?

We aim to keep all candidates informed and updated throughout the application process, so please keep a close eye on your emails, including your spam/junk folder. If you would like to receive further updates on your application, please email us at: earlycareers@vodafonethree.com , specifying the Programme you've applied to and your full name.

Would I be able to receive feedback?

Due to the volume of applications, we won't be able to provide individual feedback after the video interview and online assessment stage. We do, however, provide feedback after the assessment centre to help you with your future career.

I require reasonable adjustments or further support to complete the online assessment. How can I let you know about the requirements I have?

We understand that you may require adjustments to the assessment and selection process due to individual needs or conditions. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and can perform at your best throughout the process with us. You can ask for extra time before completing your video interview, online assessments and assessment centre. Please also let us know of any other reasonable adjustments or support you may need throughout the selection process by emailing us at:  earlycareers@vodafonethree.com and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Reasonable Adjustments

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to interview for a role that matches their skills. In collaboration with our Talent, Diversity & Inclusion teams and our employee-led DEI networks, we’ve identified a range of reasonable adjustments to help you feel comfortable and perform at your best during the interview process.

We’re committed to supporting you throughout every stage of your journey with us.

If you require any reasonable adjustments or have an accessibility request as part of your recruitment journey, for example, extended time or breaks in between online assessments, a sign language interpreter, or assistive technology, please contact your recruiter directly or email earlycareers@vodafonethree.com for guidance.
