At Three, we're committed to inclusive and flexible ways of working. So, we give you the power to manage your office days and find a balance between in-person collaboration and working from home.

On average, office-based employees spend 2-3 days in the office. This ensures we nurture a collaborative culture, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and make full use of the fantastic facilities in Green Park, Reading and St Vincent Street, Glasgow.

Our Head Office roles also operate on a core hours model, so there’s flexibility to move start and finish times between our operating hours of 0800 – 1830. If need to drop the kids off at school, or finish up earlier on a Friday, there’s freedom to flex around our core hours of 10:00 – 16:00.
