Your mental health plays an important part in your overall Wellbeing, and is key to helping you be the best version of yourself both in and out of work. With 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health problem every year, we want to ensure there are plenty of opportunities to talk about Mental Health, and help those in need of support. One such opportunity is through having a conversation with one of our Mental Health First Aiders.
Our MHFAiders provide a similar service to that of a first aider, but for mental health. We hope that by having some familiar faces as representatives, our people will feel more comfortable opening up and help will be more accessible than it's ever been. All our Mental Health First Aiders have been through an intensive two-day training course run in partnership with Mental Health First Aid England. Plus an additional session detailing the services and support Three offer to our people and are available to all our employees, including contractors.
