As a team, we support around 300 Retail stores across the UK and over 85,000 Indirect partners and outlets. We’re looking for someone who has an abundance of energy and passion in putting the customer at the forefront of everything we do to help us break into the top three telcos. Responsibilities of this role includes activating not only against our Commercial trading plan but also our brand plan to deliver our Marketing KPIs.

The Retail Marketing Specialist – Retail reports into the Senior Retail Marketing Communications Manager, as part of a wider Retail Marketing team of 10. You will be responsible for supporting our company wide brand and retail marketing plan, by supporting our direct retail estate with all the commercial and brand tools required to deliver a great experience. 


Job Description

•    Support the Senior Retail Marketing Communications Manager in the planning and execution of the retail marketing campaigns that drive footfall into retail, support commercial conversion and brand consideration
•    Delivering against our retail marketing strategy to support the 2023 marketing plan with the customer at their heart across our retail estate to support our commercial conversion.
•    Leading execution and end to end delivery of retail marketing support - liaising with the in house and external agencies, printers and distributors to execute against our commercial plan
•    Expand our reach in our retail channel to disrupt the high street and deliver support across tactical trading – using segmentation, insight and test and learn to inform decisions. 
•    Working closely with the wider Commercial team to understand requirements for the defined campaign brief period 
•    Proactively identify improvements and efficiencies within our print and digital execution formats and processes
•    Proactively identify opportunities to elevate key propositions across our touchpoints


Qualifications

.•    Experience working within a role within Marketing comms would be highly beneficial. 
•    An understanding of Retail would be beneficial, but not essential.
•    Ability to work collaboratively and establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
•    Excellent time management and self-organisation skills with the ability to work effectively to tight timescales and under pressure situations.
•    Professional with a proactive, self-motivated, reliable and flexible personality and a willingness to keep learning and developing.  
•    Excellent administrative skills with the ability to introduce, implement and manage procedures.
•    Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 applications, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.


Additional Information

 

  • The salary range for this role starts at £37200, the exact salary will differ by job and experience
  • A performance based annual bonus & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary.
  • Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
