Job Description

What the role is all about… 

An exciting opportunity for an innovative and driven B2B Channel Marketing Specialist to join the team at Three Business, at a pivotal point in our growth story. 

You’ll work closely with our Sales, Commercial, Propositions, Channel Management and Brand. You will be responsible for defining and delivering our partner marketing strategy to deliver our acquisition targets. 

You’ll become the expert on the B2B Indirect Partner Channel - understanding the channel’s ambition and priorities, the drivers and needs of the different partners, how they engage with business decision makers in the market and the challenges they face. You may be required to work across other Sales Channels to support your colleagues.  
    
You’ll provide market intelligence, create engaging marketing comms and co-branded marketing campaigns, develop relevant toolkits to support them and ensure they can clearly communicate our products and services to their customers.


You’ll look for opportunities to engage and support our existing partners with tailored activities to build loyalty and drive improved performance, as well as ways to increase partner base. 

 
What you’ll be doing… 

Brand ambassador: 

  • Deliver best in class channel marketing initiatives across partner accounts to drive Three Business propositions. 
  • Define the Channel Marketing strategy to ensure the brand, products and propositions are effectively delivered in-line with the wider GTM plans. 
  • Act as a brand guardian - distilling Three Business brand positioning, network and products into comms and content and ensuring the message, tone and brand of partner marketing is on point. 
  • Facilitate access to on-demand, relevant, and high-quality materials by partners. 

Account management:  

  • Identify and deliver partner marketing opportunities by working closely with sales team. 
  • Establish a routine of marketing alignment and opportunities discussion with key partners. 
  • Routinely gather feedback from sales and partners on material created. 
  • Manage creative agency.  

Commercial performance:  

  • Maximise value growth through evaluation of activities within channels. 
  • Understand propositions, telco market/customer trends and latest marketing tools, translating these insights into effective channel marketing deliverables.  

Qualifications

What you'll ideally bring... 

  • Experience of channel marketing, preferably within a B2B organisation/ function 
  • Experience in developing partner channel marketing strategies 
  • Experience building strong relationships with partners and working with them to deliver joint marketing initiatives. 
  • Experience developing engaging marketing content and tools for indirect partners. 
  • Customer focused and insight driven, able to distill feedback down and recommend actions

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
