Company Description

The Intelligence Analyst will work within 3’s Fraud Risk function and report to the Investigations Manager. The key nature of the role will be to provide an intelligence support to H3G UK, the investigations team, and provide pro-active insight into current/ future threats.  The role will require the input and production of key statistical data for use in the prevention and detection of fraud patterns. 

You will be guided by the lead intelligence analyst responsible for liaison with stakeholders across the business and wider industry to ensure the collation and dissemination of accurate information to ensure the organisation are informed of risk. You will be responsible for working with the business to identify and report risks to the investigation’s manager/ lead intelligence analyst and corporate investigations team for further investigation or dissemination.

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying fraud patterns/ trends.  You will be responsible for ensuring all intelligence is collated and inputted within fraud management systems, distributed to external agencies, and intelligence packages developed for further investigation.  You will review any developing trends across the mobile sector and respond accordingly in-line with company strategic objectives.


Job Description

  • Liaison with stakeholders across the business and wider industry to ensure the collation and dissemination of accurate information to ensure the organisation are informed of risk.
  • Responsible for identifying fraud patterns/ trends.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of H3G’s fraud systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong relationship building skills at all business levels.
  • Ability to communicate and provide useful insight regarding large volumes of data.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Training and mentoring will be provided.

  • Salary range for this role start's at £27,760 and exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
