Company Description

An exciting opportunity for a Pre-Load specialist to work within the commercial team at Three UK, you will be working with exciting brands like Google, Apple, Facebook and TikTok. You will play a key part in bringing new products to market through these partners. Working on our Pre-load portfolio You will manage existing products, have the opportunity to re-think, and evolve them. These products will bring in new revenues for the business but also protect excellent customer experience ambitions that our brands have. These products focus on helping consumers to discover new apps and do more with the apps that they love. We are very creative and ambitious team, and so it will suit you if you enjoy that culture. You will have the opportunity to work with many internal stakeholders including marketing, brand and creative teams. There is large scope to learn and develop and be fully immersed in our wider Commercial team function. 


Job Description

  • You will manage our Pre-load products that are consumer-facing which we introduce through and with partners.
  • You will Manage and be responsible for the Pre-load P&L and the growth of this product with support from the team.
  • You will llso help and assist the ThreePay and Data functions within the team to hep and assist growth.
  • You will manage the relationship between Three UK and key strategic partners, looking to understand opportunities for collaboration.
  • You will assess new opportunities or gaps in the current portfolio and drive growth.
  • You will set our strategies that best enable new services to thrive, mitigating known risks to consumer services.
  • You will review the role that new services could have as they are integrated into existing services or propositions.
  • You will consider which channels would suit services and make recommendations.
  • You will critically assess partner proposals for new product features or development.
  • You will work with technical teams to assess feasibility.
  • You will work closely with colleagues within the UK business, the Group and external parties.

Qualifications

•    You are likely to have worked for strong consumer brands or have worked in agencies or consultancies who have worked with them 
•    You will have worked with and managed partner relationships which create customer-facing products 
•    You will have expertise in the management of products and an understanding of Pre-Load Products , understanding the opportunities and challenges in this field 
•    You are commercially savvy and have had to perform roles which are clearly connected to commercial outcomes and understand the importance of great CX 
•    You are an excellent networker and manage relationships brilliantly.  
•    You are very likely to be interested in start-ups or emerging tech companies 
•    You are adept at identifying partners are seeking to achieve, rather than just what they are asking for

Salary range for this role starts at £37,200 and exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
