- Leadership of functional groups of people, internally and sometimes externally, to work together to realise the projects business benefits of one or more LARGE projects at a time.
- Responsible for ideation, definition, discovery, delivery, debrief and leadership of LARGE projects so that they are correctly structured with an underpinned plan
- Ensuring that initiatives are aligned where required with technical & business resources and progress is coordinated, risk-managed and communicated.
- Ensuring learnings are tracked, shared and implemented to drive a culture of continual improvement across all initiatives.
- Responsible for assuring & governing that budget investments allocated to the project are effectively used to deliver business outcomes.
- Responsible for developing strong business wide stakeholder relationships.
- Work collaboratively with all delivery partners (internal/external) to understand the project demand and secure resources.
- Provide the capability to manage change against project scope & budget and provide clear, simple and transparent reporting including RAID management.
- Be responsible for getting props / productions delivered to market
- Set direction and provide leadership to the project team including internal and partner resources
- Responsible for the end to end & day to day management of the project
- Ensuring that budget investments allocated to the project are effectively used to deliver business outcomes (future)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to understand the project demand, secure resources & reach a shared outcome
- Govern and assure that the project is being delivered effectively with aligned plans, timely escalations & mitigations.
- Where appropriate, holding the team (internal & external) accountable for delivery
- Project management execution (RAID, resource, cost, scope, plan, quality, communication & partner management) in alignment with SMARTY Ways of Working
- Maintaining and reporting accurate budget vs actual position (future)
- Co-ordinate business to review data from numerous sources to create Post Implementation reviews for new launches and channel changes.
- Drives root cause analysis and process improvement to eliminate issues causing customer dissatisfaction.
- Leads Continuous Improvement projects aiming to enhance end Customer Experience
- Experience working with a digital business and ideally in a Go To Market or Project Management function (start up preferable).
- Experience in Agile project management delivery frameworks and a track record of continuous improvement.
- Experience in large complex project delivery where a complex technical or business outcome was met.
- Inspire a culture to drive others to continuously evaluate and embed change across SMARTY
- Ability to develop, coach and motivate cross functional teams across internal and external (sometimes virtual) partners.
- Evidence of leadership and people skills, with experience of managing diverse initiatives (legal, commercial, customer experience
- The salary range for this role starts at £53,760, the exact salary will differ by job and experience
- A car allowance, a performance based annual bonus & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary.
- Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
