Company Description

To support LGRA (Legal Government and Regulatory Affairs) in all areas of admin related activities. This role will report to the Executive Assistant of the LGRA who will lead and give direction to the Team Coordinator.

The Team Coordinator will work across the function and sometimes with the Group Legal function and therefore must have a strong ability to prioritise work and tasks effectively. The role will provide admin support across LGRA to enable them to be effective.

The role has the following key accountabilities:

•    Provide admin support for key legal and regulatory processes
•    Maintain and continuously improve administrative systems/documents, electronic filing systems, databases, team and SharePoint sites, processes and procedures (e.g., org charts) 
•    Work to ensure governance and compliance on key admin processes and policies.
•    Challenge and hold to account senior stakeholders to deliver administrative commitments and outcomes on time and according to plan
•    Manage key administrative processes on behalf of the team (e.g. PO requisitions, gaining approvals, expenses, distribution lists, etc.)
•    Perform standard administrative data processing tasks (e.g. materials requisitions, liaising with external providers etc.)
•    Organising events for the teams and supporting the co-ordination of diaries for large-scale meetings (including SLT members), including travel management if required.
•    Prepare routine letters and other functional administrative requirements
•    Maintain files and records by following established procedures
•    Produce ad-hoc reports for the function and wider communities
•    Work with others to ensure compliance on key admin processes and policies
•    Provides cover for key EA duties during periods of absence


Job Description

•    Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyse data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
•    Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to acquire, organize, protect, and process data to fulfil business objectives.
•    Uses an understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.
•    Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
•    Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies. 
•    Experience of working with and influencing various levels of management, building relationships and influence across teams and a wider community of other leaders and managers both internal/external. A clear communicator
Experience working self-sufficiently supporting large teams


Qualifications

•    Event management / large scale meeting planning / Offsites etc
•    Legal admin support experience preferable
•    Expense support and reporting
•    Purchase order admin (raising, chasing, etc.)
•    Support equipment and stationary ordering and collection (new starters, leavers, etc)
•    Employee engagement, comms and recognition admin and process support
•    Central travel management/booking
•    Distribution list management
•    Project co-ordination
•    Data processing
•    Functional reporting and document maintenance – e.g. holiday planning, org charts.

Salary range for this role start's at £27,760. Exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
