Company Description

This role sits within the NPP&I (New Products, Props and Insights) team within the Commercial directorate at Three. The NPP&I team is responsible for all propositions development and execution, new products and insights and is therefore front & centre of Three’s growth ambitions.

Reporting to the Head of Future Insights, this role provides insights support to two key teams – Marketing and B2B – this ensures that insights are front and centre in our business, maintaining a high level of service in the most cost-effective way possible. You will be a key member of the Future Insights team and will enjoy working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the insights are utilised across the business.

Success in the role will involve really getting under the skin of all aspects of consumer and B2B behaviour to support your stakeholders. You’ll be confident in presenting research information to senior stakeholders, have great storytelling skills and be able to take responsibility for all aspects of research from understanding the business needs, to working closely with our rota of research agencies to ensure successful delivery. You will own the process from start to finish.

This is a demanding role that requires a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a pro-active and delivery focused attitude. You will have great attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, clear and consistent outputs. You’ll be comfortable managing both timetabled deliverables and adhoc urgent requests. In a continuously changing environment, a flexible approach and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.


Job Description

• Synthesis of multiple research studies

• Embedding and communicating customer insights into marketing and B2B

• Help drive customers to be at the forefront at Three

• Broad range of research understanding:

--- Concept testing, ATL comms testing, customer community

--- Brand research – including naming, proposition, visual identity

--- Ongoing maintenance and updating of consumer trends and implications

--- Pricing research

• Day-to-day running of projects (data analysis, reporting etc.)

• Working closely together with members in our team


Qualifications

  • A good understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capabilities – working with data sets to uncover a story
  • Able to prioritise and deliver high quality, accurate, relevant & timely reporting & analysis

Additional Information

  • The salary range for this role starts at £53,760, the exact salary will differ by job and experience
  • A car allowance, a performance based annual bonus & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary.
  • Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
