- Source new partners and negotiate commercial deals, using customer insight to help drive the strategy and meet/exceed KPI’s for Three+.
- Maximise budget to secure best ROI and commercial terms with all partners.
- Propose budget, build business cases to achieve KPIs, communicating fiscal risk and success criteria.
- Manage P&L; sit close to the detail of offer performance on a daily basis to help drive forecasts and yearly budget requests.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to help onboard partners; including detailed legal agreements with ‘hero’ partners.
- Manage existing partner accounts, with regular communication and evaluation of current performance.
- Work through a GTM/comms plan for getting offers live and unlock new opportunities with marketing to promote across all available media channels.
- Identify how to grow partner accounts to benefit the customer and loyalty prop, as well as unlock new opportunities for Three as a wider business.
- Work with multiple business areas including CVM, Props, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing.
- Prepare for partner reviews (with colleagues) by gathering relevant information.
- Listen to partners and identify new opportunities to grow new and existing accounts.
- Take pride in the partner representation with Three+, ensuring that the partners are well represented and that the offers maximise appeal.
- Acquire and retain new and existing partnerships for Three+.
- Think creatively about new ways to attract and retain customers in order to achieve key KPI’s.
- Use insights to help drive the partnerships strategy.
- Manage costs (P&L) and generate revenue through partners.
- Work with internal stakeholders to help onboard, promote and amplify partner promotions.
- Partnership negotiation or account management.
- Must be good with reporting and extracting useful insight from data.
- Strong creative skills being able to consider how things could be different.
- Very likely to have held a role where external or internal stakeholders with complex needs have been managed successfully.
- Excel and PowerPoint experience is a must.
- Must have a high interest in loyalty schemes (experience desirable, but not vital).

- Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)

- Salary range for this role start's at £37,200, and exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
