Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: Negotiable based on experience + an on-target bonus of 25%, paid out monthly based on your store's performance
Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis

The Rugby Three Store is a modern and welcoming retail space, offering the latest smartphones, accessories, and mobile services. Friendly and knowledgeable staff provide expert assistance, located in the heart of Rugby's town center, close to shopping and local amenities. We pride ourselves on being more than just a store; we have the right team to be at our best, and our Assistant Store Managers play a huge part in supporting our Store Managers to ensure our stores run smoothly.
As a Retail Assistant Store Manager at Three UK, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager with retail operations and ensuring the success of your store. You will be instrumental in driving store performance as well as being a role model for the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management Support: Coach and develop your team, in the absence of the Store Manager, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to achieve outstanding performance and exceed sales targets.
- Store Operations Support: Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure the store runs seamlessly, maintaining high efficiency and effectiveness standards.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers and set a high standard by leading through example.
- Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences through tailoring and promoting our innovative products and services.
- Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
- Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network-related enquiries, ensuring a resolution is given promptly.

Key qualities include:
- Leadership Qualities: Prior experience in a store management role or a desire to step up from an advisor position.
- Team Development: Motivated by the opportunity to coach and develop others, fostering a high-performing and cohesive team environment.
- Customer Focused: A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to understand and meet customer needs, leading by example.
- Sales Achievement: Proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), leading by example.
- Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in resolving general and escalated enquiries and challenges.
