Data Analyst

We are excited to announce a opportunity has arisen within our Finance department, driven by technological advancements in our business. As a Data Analyst in Finance, you will focus on data analysis, identifying and flagging anomalies, and designing new reports and dashboards using Power BI. You will also develop historical reports to improve efficiencies across the finance department.

• Business partnering with various departments
• Coaching on issues and queries related to SQL and Alteryx  
• Contributing to daily, weekly, monthly, and forecast reporting primarily around trading and the profit and loss statement 
• Enhancing and automating reporting processes

• Leading on data visualisation using Power BI for stakeholders
• Understand stakeholder goals and use data to support them
• Support various business areas with reporting needs
• Provide accurate insights to help internal customers make decisions
• Share insights and recommendations with internal customers
• Teach business users how to use self-service tools and best practices for data queries

•    Passionate about producing high-quality analytics deliverables and communicating results to a broad audience
•    Insight and Data visualisation experience, background in delivering rounded / meaningful insight.  
•    Proficiency in advanced analytical tools preferred (including Power BI and Alteryx) Coding skills, focusing on SQL would be beneficial
•    Excellent stakeholder management; empowering stakeholder to make decisions and challenging the status-quo
•    Finance experience with commercial acumen and analytical skills, as well as numerate and confident with interpretation, analysis, and presentation of statistical data

• The salary range for this role starts at £37,200 the exact salary will differ by job and experience

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
